摘要
创新型教师与非创新型教师的区别主要表现在创造性特征上。文章采用问卷调查和文献分析法研究创新型教师的特征,探讨创新型教师的成长规律。研究结果表明:创新型教师具有较高的动机水平,具有强烈的自我主体意识,具有先进的教育理念,具有开放性的知识结构及发展性的能力结果,具有扎实的基本功和独特的教育教学艺术。
The major difference between creative and uncreative teachers lies in the feature of creativity. This paper,by adopting questionnaire survey and literature analysis to study the features of creative teachers, discusses the rule of the accomplishment of creative teachers. The study result shows a higher motivation level and stronger sense of self-consciousness in creative teachers. They are possessed with more advanced educational philosophy, a more open knowledge structure, a developing competence for achievement, a solid foundation for teaching, and unique art of education and teaching.
