摘要
概述了生物酶的催化特性和影响酶催化作用的因素，并就纤维素酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶等在染整生产中的应用进行说明。
The catalytic charater of the biological enzyme and the influential factors which affected enzyme catalytic results were described in this paper. The application of the cellulose enzyme, starch enzyme and protein enzyme in dyeing and finishing process were also discussed, furthermore, the examples of the application were listed.
