摘要
近年来,大学生犯罪的比率节节攀高,由师生矛盾激化而导致的违法犯罪现象也屡见不鲜。因此,认清当前高校师生关系变化的新特点,找出高校师生矛盾冲突导致的违法犯罪的一般规律,构建起预防高校师生因矛盾冲突导致违法犯罪的机制,就成为了当前研究的迫切任务。
In recent years,the crime rate in college students steadily increased,and the criminal situation caused by conflicts between teachers and students was not uncommon.Therefore,it has become an urgent task of current research to ascertain the changes of relationship between teachers and students in colleges,then find out the general rules of it,fianlly build the crime-prevention mechanism.
