摘要
本次调查采用大肠菌群快检纸片法对69户托幼机构的727份餐具进行了检测,合格率为69.19%;消毒制度不健全,消毒人员未严格执行消毒程序是当前托幼机构消毒管理中存在的薄弱环节。三种食品用具采用大肠菌群快检纸片法,阳性率为82.78%。针对我市托幼机构餐具消毒现状提出了监督管理建议。
A survey has been conducted on 727 sets of tableware in 69 kindergartens using baccilli fast paper method. The proportion of standard-reaching is 69.19%.The incomplete sterilization and unstrict implemation of the sterilization procedure are the weak links of the sterilization administration in the kindergartens.Three kinds of food have been investigated using the baecilli fast paper method and the positive rate is 82.78%.Some sugges- tions for supervision and control have been put forward with regard to the present statuses of the tableware steril- ization in the kindergartens in Jining city.
