摘要血细胞分析是临床最常用的检测项目之一．其榆测结果的准确性对疾病的诊断及治疗有重要影响。根据国际血液学标准化委必会（international council for standardization in haematology，ICSH）颁布文件的要求，血细胞分析的检测结果只有溯源至参考方法，才能保证结果的准确性和可比性。
