摘要
目的:旨在前期研究基础上,初步形成北京市三级甲等医院各层次护士的主要工作内容。方法:采用德尔斐技术对北京市35名临床护理管理和护理教育专家进行函询。结果:2轮函询后形成良好集中性意见,问卷有效回收率分别为85.7%和96.7%。第一层护士主要从事生活护理和基础护理工作;第二层护士在此基础上还需执行一般专科护理和评估患者健康状况的工作;第三、四层护士主要从事临床领域中的新技术、新业务、疑难问题解决、危重症的护理以及护理咨询、会诊等工作,并且在护理教学与护理管理领域发挥重要作用,但护理科研领域的工作则主要由第四层护士承担。结论:明确目前北京市三级甲等医院各层次护士的工作重点,为临床更好展开护士分层次使用工作提供了参考。
Objective： To identify the main responsibilities of different level nurses in tertiary Hospitals in Beijing on the basis of the former study. Methods： A total of 35 specialists of clinical nursing management and teaching filed in Beijing were inquired with letter by adopting Delphi technology. Results： After two rounds of Delphi procedure, the opinion of the experts was nearly consistent. For the results, the effective response rate was 85.7% at first round and 96.7% for the second. The first and the second level nurses were mainly responsible for basic nursing care. The later could also provide some regular nursing care and basic nursing assessment. While the innovative and complex technique and skills, difficult nursing problems, intensive care and nursing consultation in clinical nursing field should mainly be done by the third and forth level nurses. They also should do some clinical teaching and nursing management work. Clinical research work was the level-four nurses＇ responsibility. Conclusion： It makes clear the focus on job responsibility of different level nurses, and provides reference for the clinical practice in Nurse Grading Management.
