摘要
目的:探讨中药寒热药性与其所含蛋白质、总氨基酸、脂类、总糖、多糖及单糖等初生物质的相关性。方法:蛋白质含量测定采用考马斯亮蓝法,总氨基酸含量测定采用柱前衍生液相色谱法,总脂肪测定采用索氏提取法,总糖含量测定采用滴定法,总多糖含量测定采用经典蒽酮比色法,单糖测定按照《中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T5009.7》进行。用统计描述和Fisher判别法进行分析。结果:Fisher判别法分析20种中药寒热药性与其初生物质的相关性,判别正确率达85%。结论:20种中药寒热药性与其所含初生物质具有一定的相关性。Fisher判别法为进一步分析研究中药药性物质基础提供了新的思路和方法。
Objective:To explore the correlation between cold or heat property of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese drugs and the primary materials,which contained proteins,total amino acids,lipids,total sugars,polysaecharides, nmnosaccharides,etc.. Methods:The content of protein in every crude drug was determined by Coomassie Brilliant Blue method;the content of total amino acid was determined with pre-column derivatization by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography;Soxhlet extraction for determination the quantity of lipids in samples;total sugars was determined by titrimetry;testing total polysaeeharides by Anthrone Colorimetry;testing monosaccharides according to notional standards of the People's Republic of China GB/T5OO9.Z The data were analyzed by statistical descrip- tion and Fisher diseriminant methods. Results:The correct rate was up to eighty-five percent about the relation be- tween cold or heat properties of traditional Chinese drugs and the primary materials analyzed by Fisher discriminant methods. Conclusion:There were correlation between properties of twenty traditional Chinese medicines and their pri- mary metabolites. Fisher diseriminant method was feasible to study and analyze the physical basis of properties of traditional Chinese drugs.
