2型糖尿病肾病患者血IL-6、hs-CRP检测及临床意义 被引量:6

Clinical significance of determination of levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP in type 2 diabetic nephropathy

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者生化指标及血IL-6、hs-CRP水平变化在糖尿病肾病发生、发展中的作用。方法:对40例临床糖尿病肾病(CDN)患者和44例早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)患者的生化指标和ELISA法测定IL-6,散射免疫浊度法测定hs-CRP,并与55例单纯性糖尿病肾病(SDM)患者和52例正常人作比较。结果:CDN组与EDN组血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组和SDM组(P<0.01),SDM组血清IL-6水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-6、hs-CRP水平可作为糖尿病肾病患者病情活动的有意义的指标。 Objective:To investigate the significance of changes of serum IL-6,hs-CRP levels in development of diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.Methods:Serum IL-6(with ELISA),hs-CRP(with Immunonephelometry) and FPG,TG,TCHO(with biochemistry) contents were measured in CDN group,n=40 and EDN group,n=44 compare with SDM group,n=55 and normal group,n=52.Results:The levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP in CDN group and EDN group are markedly higher than that in normal group and SDM group(P〈0.01).The levels of serum IL-6 in SDM group is markedly higher than that in normal group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The levels of serum IL-6 and hs-CRP play important role in the development diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus.
