摘要
借鉴循环经济评价研究的最新成果,在绿色建筑评估体系的基础上,综合运用文献研究法、频度统计法和专家意见咨询法,从经济运行、资源减量、资源循环利用、环境保护、位置生态价值、健康舒适、管理运营和科技进步等7个控制层面,测度房地产项目推进循环经济的实施效果,构建了下设33个基本指标的评价体系,为制定和实施循环经济发展提供决策支持,促进建筑业循环经济的发展。
In reference to the latest achievements in evaluation studies of recycling economy and on the basis of green building evaluation system,this article comprehensively adopts literature study,the frequency of statistics and expert opinions to measure the effect of recycling economy from the seven controlling level,the economic operation,resource reduction,resource recycling,environmental protection,location-ecology value,health and comfort,management operations and scientific and technological progress.Then it constructs a set of 33 basic indicators to supply with decision-making support for the recycling development of construction industry.
