摘要
马斯洛需要层次理论是分析高职院校教师激励的重要理论依据。通过借助需要层次理论,根据教师的需要特点,分析高职院校教师激励中存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的激励对策,有助于提高高职院校教师激励的效果。
Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory can be taken as the theoretical basis for teacher's encouragement in higher vocational colleges. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the characteristics of teacher's needs, we find that there are some problems in teacher's encouragement of higher vocational colleges. In order to improve the teacher's effective encouragement, incentive measures on the basis of problems and situations of higher vocational colleges must be put forward.
