摘要
分别以PDA培养基和玉米粉培养基为基本培养基,通过改变培养基中各成分的含量并确定真姬菇菌丝体生长需要的最适碳源物质和适宜氮量,测定真姬菇的生长状况。结果表明:适于真姬菇菌丝体生长的最适培养基为:玉米粉20 g,葡萄糖20 g,琼脂20 g,MgSO41 g,KH2PO41 g,蛋白胨1 g。

The result indicated that which was suitable for the Hypsizigus rnarmoreus mycelium to grow most was the maize meal culture medium 1, ingredient.maize meal 20 g, glucose 20 g, agar-agar 20 g, magnesium sulfate 1 g, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 1 g, protein peptone 1 g.
