摘要
语言学家认为,语言具有板块性,是人类语言交际的最小单位。由于语块教学法具有明显的优势,正在被广泛应用于英语教学。事实上,商务英语较之通用英语其板块性更加明显。主要表现在:词汇术语化、句子程式化、篇章格式化等三个方面。因此在商务英语教学中引进语块方法有更大的必要性。
Linguists agree that language is made of lexical chunks,which are the smallest units of language.As language chunk approach has obvious advantages,it has been widely used in English teaching.As a matter of fact,business English is more characterized by language chunks than general English for the three aspects:the words are nomenclatured,the sentences are stylized,and the discourse is formated.As a result,to introduce language chunks in business English teaching is of great necessity.
