大鼠T_9脊髓横断对后肢肌纤维SDH活性的影响

Influences of Complete Transection of T 9 Segment of the Spinal Cord on SDH Activity of Muscle Fiber of Hindlimb in Rat

摘要 目的:为截瘫病人受累肌功能恢复提供实验依据。方法:用30只Wistar雌性大鼠行T9节段脊髓横断,于术后3、7、20、40和90天取比目鱼肌(SOL)、趾长伸肌(EDL)和跖肌(PL),进行冰冻切片,琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)染色。结果:实验组与对照组比较SOL、EDL和PL的各型肌纤维SDH含量降低并呈同步改变,镜下可见部分肌纤维有的横纹暗带染色变深、变宽、出现竹节样改变和局部染色缺失,这种改变在SOL出现早于EDL和PL。 Objective:To provide the experimental basis for functional recovery of the involved muscles in paraplegia patient. Methods:The complete transection of T 9 segment of the spinal cord was performed in 30 female rats, and soleus (SOL), Extenser Digitorum Longus (EDL) and plantaris (PL) were taken out on days of 3,7,20,40,90 after operation, and Succinate Dehydrogenase (SDH) staining techinque was used in frozen section of SOL, EDL and PL. Results: Compared with that of the normal control, the quantity of SDH staining product in all types of muscle fibers in SOL、EDL and PL decreased in the experimental groups, and showed synchronous changes; Under the light microscopy; A few dark bands of some muscle fibers were stained densely and widely with bamboo like change of muscle fibers and local staining gap. These changes occurred earlier in SOL than in EDL and PL. Conclusion: The activity and the distribution of SDH in the involved muscle fiber were changed as the spinal cord was transected completely.
