大白鼠脊髓胸段横断后肢肌纤维型改变的组化研究 被引量:1

摘要 将30只大白鼠,于胸髓8~10节段间横断,用琥珀酸脱氢酶的Nitro-BT法染色观察术后3,7,20,40和90d大鼠的比目鱼肌,跖肌和趾长伸肌中各型肌纤维构成比的变化。结果:比目鱼肌的各型肌纤维构成比改变较早,表现为中间型肌纤维减少,红肌纤维增加。跖肌和趾长伸肌各型肌纤维构成比改变较晚,表现为中间型肌纤维减少和红、白肌纤维增加。并且术后时间越长,这些变化越明显。提示:脊髓横断引起受累肌肉的快缩肌纤维构成比增加,慢缩肌纤维构成比减少。 he complete transection of T 8~10 segmeiit of thoracic spinal cord was performed and SuccinateDehydrogenase Nitro-BT staining method was used in 30 rats. The constituent ratios of each type mus-cle fiber of soleus(SOL),plantaris(PL)and extensor digitorum long(EDL)were observed in the days of 3,7,20,40 and 90 after operation. The study results showed that the alteration of constituent ratiosof each type muscle fiber of SoL appeared earlier,and the constituent ratio of red muscle fiber in-creased,and that of intermedial type muscle fiber decreosed.However,constituent ratios of differenttype muscle fiber of PL and EDL changed later,and constituent ratio of iptermedial type muscle fiberdecreasedand that of red and white muscle fiber increased.At the same time,the longer tlie time afteroperation was,the more obvious the changes of constituent ratios happencd.The present results indi-cate that the complete transection of spinal cord led to the increment of fast-twitch fiber and decrease ofslow-twitch fiberin entangled muscles.
