摘要
目的研究南海美丽海绵属Callyspongia sp.的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20和反相半制备HPLC等方法分离纯化,根据现代波谱技术(ESI-MS,^1H-NMR,^13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果从南海美丽海绵属Cally-spongiasp.分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:尿嘧啶(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、β-吲哚醛(3)、4-羟基苯乙酰胺(4)、3,4-二氯苯甲酸(5)、腺嘌呤(6)、苯氨基丙酰胺(7)、4-(2-氨乙基)-N,N-二乙苯胺(8)。结论其中化合物2-8为首次从南海美丽海绵属Callyspongiasp.中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Callyspongia sp.from south China sea.METHODS The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative reverse-phase HPLC(C18).Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis(NMR and MS).RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated from Callyspongia sp.and their structures were identified as uracil(1),thymidine(2),indole-3-β-carboxaldehyde(3),4-hydroxyphenylacetamide(4),3,4-dichlorobenzoic acid(5),adenosine(6),L-phenylalaninamide(7),4-(2-aminoethyl)-N,N-diethylaniline(8).CONCLUSION Compound 2-8 were isolated from Callyspongia sp.for the first time.
