摘要
目的:研究南海蜂海绵Haliclona sp.的化学成分。方法:采用正相、反相柱色谱及凝胶柱色谱等方法,对海绵Haliclona sp.乙醇提取物的化学成分分离纯化,通过理化常数及波谱分析等方法鉴定其化学结构。结果:从海绵Haliclona sp.的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别鉴定为:(7Z,10Z,13Z,16Z)-二十二-7,10,13,16-四烯酸、琥珀酸单乙酯、正二十五烷、4-(2-氨乙基)-N,N-二乙苯胺、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯、腺嘌呤。结论:这7个化合物均为首次从该属中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: ABSTRCT OBJEKTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from the marine sponge Haliclona sp.. METHODS: Normal phase and reversed-phase chromatography and gel column choromatography method were adopted,the chemical constituents from the marine sponge Haliclona sp. were isolated and purified,and structures were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as( 7Z,10 Z,13Z,16Z)-docosa-7,10,13,16-tetraenoic acid,mono-ethyl succinate,npentacosane, 4-( 2-aminoethyl)-N,N-diethylaniline, dibutyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate, and adenine.CONCLUSIONS: The seven compounds were isolated from marine sponge Haliclona sp. for the first time.
