摘要
对舌癌联合根治术并行同期皮瓣修复术的围手术期护理进行总结,良好的术前和术后护理是舌癌手术成功的保证。在做好手术常规护理的同时,还应注意患者的心理护理、皮瓣的观察及护理、口腔护理等,这样有利于提高皮瓣的存活率。
According to the summarized situation of operative period of the combined radical surgery of the tongue parallel the repair surgery of the flap,we can conclude that good pre-operative care and post-operative care is a guarantee of a successful tongue cancer operation.Besides doing the conventional surgical nursing,we must pay more attention to the psychological care of the sufferer,observation and nursing of the flap,and the mouth care which will help to improve the survival rate of the flap.
