摘要
宝庆竹刻沿袭了湖湘地区的传统艺术而又有自己的发展与开拓。它受到文人士大夫的影响,格调清新淡雅,情感高清含蓄,具有清雅的文人特性;其创作根植于当地居民的生活和审美特点,具有鲜明的地域性和民间性;其作品还充分体现出当地民众的宗教信仰和对生活的美好向往,具有典型的宗教性。
Baoqing bamboo carving followed the traditional Hunan regional art while pursuing its own development. Affected by the literati, it is unique in the style of freshness and elegance, with emotion of purity and implication. Its creativity is rooted in the lives of local residents with their aesthetic features therefore it acquires a distiffcfregional feature. The works also fully reflects the local population's religious belief and desire for a better life, with the typical religiositat.
