大多数市场上不同品牌的同类产品在功能、质量、价格等方面都十分相似,现今的产品广告通常将卖点聚焦在消费者购买和拥有该产品的“情感利益”上。因此情感诉求,即设法引起消费者的情感共鸣,越来越被设计师所推崇。主要从产品设计过程中情感诉求的出发点,情感诉求的载体以及情感诉求的特点等3个方面来进行探讨和阐述。
