摘要 目的:观察黄芪对大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)的抑制作用,初步探讨其治疗荨麻疹的可能机制。方法:建造同种大鼠PCA模型,实验动物随机分为模型组、酮替酚组、黄芪组,分别给予相应药物灌胃给药,采用HE染色法、甲苯胺蓝染色法、分光光度计比色法观察大鼠PCA及肥大细胞脱颗粒情况。结果:黄芪可减轻大鼠PCA,减少肥大细胞脱颗粒。结论:黄芪对大鼠PCA有抑制作用,其可能的作用机制为抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒,减少炎症介质的释放。 Objective: To investigate the effects and mechanism of Astragalus on urticaria by using experimental animal model of PCA. Methods: Rat models of PCA were established, then the rats were randomly divided into model group, Ketotifen group and Astragalus group. Corresponding medicines were injected into their stomachs to carry on the experiment. The PCA and degranulation of mast cells were observed with HE, toluidine blue and spectrophotometer. Results: Astragalus could decrease the PCA reaction, and decreased the degranulation of mast cells. Conclusion: Astragalus can decrease the PCA reaction, and its possibled mechanism is decreasing the degranulation of mast cells and reducing production of active mediator.
