摘要
为了消除激光荧光法临床诊断早期肺癌时产生的假阳性和假阴性误诊,我们开发出了计算机减法图象处理系统。由于该系统使用了像增强器,因此它在获得肺癌荧光强度增益的同时,还消除了肺癌荧光图象的彩色信息。本文找到了一种符合实际临床要求的图象伪彩色处理方法——变换法。根据这种方法,通过计算机程序修改CA6300图象板卡中的查找表,实现了对肺癌荧光黑白图象的伪彩色处理。
In order to cut off the false positive and negative diagnoses occurring in the clinic diagnosis of early lung cancer by laser induced fluorescence,we have developed a system of two image subtraction processing by computer technique.Due to the fluorescence image obtained through the image intensified is monochrome,therefore the color informations of lung cancer fluorescence image were eliminated.In this paper,a processing method of pseudocolor display of image have been presented.We combined this method with computer program to modify the lookup table of the CA6300 imaging cards.,and then,consequently,the pseudocolor display of lung cancer fluorescence monochrome image has been accomplished,which highly enhanced the discrimination of lung cancer image in color.
