摘要
针对多色荧光检测的应用需求,本文提出一种多通带滤光片膜系的设计方法,该方法以传统的Fabry-Perot模型为基础,采用带通膜系嵌套的方式构成基础膜系,计算调整其峰位因子和带宽匹配系数,可以实现对基础膜系通带位置、通带带宽的连续调节,通过Essential Macleod软件优化计算,在保证背景深截止的同时能够得到矩形化良好的波形。
According to the application requirements of polychromatic fluorescence detection, a design method of coating system for multi-pass filter was proposed in this paper. This method was based on the traditional Fabry-Perot model, and the basic coating system was formed by nesting the bandpass model. By calculating and adjusting the peak position factor and the bandwidth matching coefficient, the bandpass positions and bandwidths of the basic coating system can be adjusted continuously.After optimizing by Essential Macleod software, the good waveform which has rectangular passband and deep blocking can be obtained.
