摘要
应用双道无色散原子荧光光谱仪,采用HNO3-HCIO4体系消解土壤样品,研究了光电管负高压、灯电流、载气和屏蔽气流量、硼氢化钾和铁氰化钾浓度对土壤铅测定结果的影响。在选定实验条件下,铅的线性范围为0~100μg·L^-1,检出限为0.04μg·L^-1,相对标准偏差为1.25%,加标回收率为93.8%-105.6%。测定表明该方法简便、快捷,测定结果准确可靠。
A double - channel and dispersionless atomic fluorescence spectroscopy has been developed for determination of trace lead in soils after digestion using HNO3 - HCIO4 system. The effect of the experimental conditions and instrumental operating parameters ( e. g. negative voltage, current of lampKBH4 concentration and K3 Fe (CN) 6 concentration, et al. ) on the determination of Pb is investigated. Under the optimum conditions,the linear range of determination is 0- 100 μg·L^-1, and the detection limit is 0.04 μg·L^-1. The instrumental relative standard deviation is 1.25% and the recovery is about 93.8% - 105.6%. This method is simple and rapid. The testing results are accurate and reliable.
