摘要
目的探讨社区卫生服务中心在我国养老服务体系中的作用。方法对广州市天河区石牌街华师社区卫生服务中心创办的托老中心进行专题调查;另外,对华师社区卫生服务中心的领导、相关负责人以及华师社区老龄问题研究会成员进行专题访谈。结果华师社区卫生服务中心于2002年成立托老中心至今,经济效益和社会效益显著,既方便了社区老年居民的养老,又解决了子女的后顾之忧。社区托老中心是区别于社会其它养老院的一种位于本社区内的"医院模式"托老,备受老百姓喜爱。华师离退办、居委会、社区卫生服务中心正在开拓居家养老服务模式。结论我国应在政府的领导下,逐步建立和完善以居家养老为基础、社区托老中心为补充、社区卫生服务机构为依托的社区养老服务体系。
Objective To investigate the important role of community health service center in the system of elderly care service in China.Methods A special investigation was conducted in the elderly care center established by the South china normal university＇s（SCNU） community health service center which was located in Shipai road,Tianhe district of Guangzhou.Another special interview topic was conducted among the leaders of the health service center,relevant person in charge and members of the ageing research committee in South China normal University＇s community.Results Since the establishment of elderly health care center by SCNU＇s community health service center,significant economic and social benefits were achieved.Both the problems of health care of the community＇s old residents and the worries of their families were well settled.Different from other types the social elderly nursing center,community health care center was based on a ＂hospital-care model＂ and located in the community,thus won the fondness of its residents.Now,the retirement office of SCNU,the residents committee and community health service center were carrying out home-based elderly health care service.Conclusion On the guidance of our government,the system of community elderly health care service should be gradually established and improved,which was founded on home-based elderly health care,supplemented by community health care and based on community health service center.
