摘要
分析北京地区养老院服务和管理现状,为提高我国养老院服务水平,最大限度满足老年人需求提供依据;并提出改进建议。
It analyzed the status of management and service of geracomiums in Beijing area. For the purpose of enhancing geracomiums service level in China and providing some bases for meeting to the needs of elderly in maximum, it put forward some proposals to improved the service and management.
