摘要
透气真空快速泥水分离技术适用于高含水率高粘粒含量疏浚淤泥的堆场处理,可以快速减小堆场中淤泥的体积,加速堆场的周转利用,并能解决常规真空处理方法中存在的滤层淤堵问题。针对此技术,研制了室内模型试验装置,该装置包含5个主要部分:模型箱、真空抽气系统、透气管道系统、土工织物过滤层系统、监控测读系统,其中模型箱用来盛放淤泥试样;真空抽气系统提供真空负压;3阀门透气真空管道系统能够控制真空度和气流作用,在透气管道中形成真空与气流共同作用的环境;土工织物过滤层系统过滤淤泥中的土颗粒并排出水分;监控测读系统量测真空度、抽水量以及淤泥厚度。通过室内模型试验,验证了透气真空快速泥水分离技术的有效性。
A novel technique has been successfully developed to rapidly drain the sludge with high density of clay particles by vacuum consolidated draining. In the technique, the dense sludge was aerated and filtered by means of a combination of valves, filter geotextiles, and tubes. The newly-developed technique was modeled and experimentally simulated with a lab-built set-up, consisting of 5 parts including the sludge container, a pumping unit, aeration tubes, geotextile illters,and a control unit. Various quantities, such as the pressure, weight of the pumped-out water and the thickness of sludge deposition, were evaluated. The results show that aeration of the sludge to be drained provides an effective solution to the clogging problem of the conventional vacuum consolidation drains. Feasibility of the technique on large scale was also tentatively discussed.
