摘要
惠州大亚湾是我国重要的石化基地,本项目旨在通过围海造陆来满足石化用地需求。为了在较短的工期完成陆域形成,并保证场地使用要求,本工程主要考虑回填开山土石进行陆域形成,并通过堆载预压进行下卧软土地基处理。通过计算分析和夯沉量估计,确定了分层堆填厚度和时间,可满足处理后场地标高达到约+4.5m,且工后沉降满足不大于30cm的使用要求;通过强夯和压实设计,满足表层土压实度≥0.85、承载力不小于80k Pa的要求。由计算结果可知:通过分层堆填设计,施工期处理的软土层在施工期期结束时,固结度可达到了90%以上;工后沉降主要是附加使用荷载下的下卧软土层和黏土层的压缩及未打设排水板黏土层的进一步固结。同时,提出了完整的监测和检测内容,可充分评估地基处理效果,监控场地安全。对类似工程具有重要借鉴意义。
Huizhou Daya Bay is an important petrochemical base in China.This project aims to meet the needs of petrochemical land by reclaiming land from the sea.In order to complete the formation of land in a shorter period of time and meet the site requirements for petrochemical facilities,this project mainly considers to backfill blasted stone and soil for the formation of the land.And the underlying soft foundation is reinforced through the preloading.In this paper,through calculation analysis and tamping amount estimation,the landfill thickness is initially determined,which can meet the site mark up to about+4.5 after treatment,and the settlement during using meets the requirements of not more than 30 cm.The site compaction is required not less than 0.85 through dynamic compaction,that satisfies the bearing capacity of surface soil is not less than 80 kPa.At the same time,it can be known from the calculation results that the soft soil layer treated during the construction period has basically been consolidated and the settlement during the service period is mainly the compression of the soil layer under the additional use load and the further consolidation of other untreated cohesive soil layers.This paper proposes a complete monitoring and testing scheme,which can fully evaluate the effect of foundation treatment and site safety.It is important significance for similar projects.
