摘要
[目的]了解临沂市河东区碘盐质量,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。[方法]按《全国碘盐监测方案》进行抽样,对碘盐的定点分装批发企业和居民户食用碘盐检测结果进行分析。[结果]碘盐总合格率为98.20%,其中碘盐分装批发企业为99.28%,居民户为97.79%。[结论]我区碘盐合格率符合GB 16006-1995《碘缺乏病消除标准》的要求。
[Objective]To know the quality of edible iodized salt in Hedong district, Linyi city,and provide scientific evidence for the elimination of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD）.[Methods]Samples were taken according to National Iodized Salt Monitoring Program,monitoring result of edible iodized salt from salt packaging and wholesale enterprises and house-holds were analyzed. [Results]The total qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.20% ,of them the qualified rate of the samples from salt packaging and production enterprises was 99.28% ,and 97.79 % from the households. [Conclusion]The qualified rate of iodized salt in our region can meet the requirements with ＂GB 16006-1995 Criteria of elimination on iodine deficiency disorders＂.
