摘要
试验以6-BA、KT、IAA、NAA等不同的细胞分裂素、生长激素对番茄外植体的愈伤组织诱导、愈伤组织分化、外植体直接诱导不定芽及芽增殖的影响进行研究。结果表明:用茎段或子叶做外植体,愈伤组织诱导和分化最佳配方均为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L;子叶茎段直接产生不定芽的最佳配方为MS+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.2~0.5mg/L。
To study Callus induction, callus differentiation and Bud differentiation, the different Explants of Lycopersicurn esculentum Mill were cultured in vitro with different concentration,for example 6-BA, KT, IAA, NAG The results indicated that the optimal medium was MS+6-BA 2. 0 mg/L+IAA 0. 5 mg/L on the Callus induction and callus differentiation;the optimal medium was MS+6-BA 2. 0 mg/L+IAA 0. 2-0. 5 mg/L on uncertain bud multiplication with the stem or cotyledon.
