摘要
在文献综述、网络信息资源分析以及专家访谈基础上,提出大学高级研究人员激励因素,并对大学高级研究人员激励因素量表进行开发与实证研究。研究表明,大学高级研究人员激励因素模型包括内在激励和外在激励两个维度,由成长激励、价值激励、认同激励、保障激励、工作激励和环境激励6个因素构成。
Through the literature review,the internet information out the components of senior researchers' academic motivators as analysis and interviews of experts, this paper points well as designing a scale of motivators. The analysis results reveal that the motivators of senior researchers are composed of intrinsic and extrinsic incentive factors, which consist of growth motivation, value motivation,recognition motivation, security motivation,work motivation and environmental motivation.
