摘要
本文建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定脑得生片中人参皂甙Rg1含量的条件。采用超声振荡和固相萃取提取,色谱柱为Shim-PackCLC-ODS.流动相为乙腈-水(3∶7),检测波长210nm。平均回收率为(94.6±2,46)%,RSD为2.46%。该法适应于脑得生片中人参皂甙Rg1的含量测定。
An efficient method combining PT-C18, cartridge solid phase extraction (SPE ) with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography for the quantitation of gingsenoside Rg1 in the Naodesheng Tablet is presented. The extraction with ultrasonic vibration and SPE was used. Analysis was performed on a Shim-pack CLC-ODS(150 mm× 6.0 mm 10μm)with acetonitrile-water (3∶7) as the mobile phase and detectlon at 210 nm. The average recovery of ginsenoside Rg1 was (94. 6±2.46) %, The method can be used in drug control of Naodesheng Tablets.
