摘要
文章利用时间序列数据研究了中国知识产权保护与FDI之间的关系,发现强知识产权保护在一定程度上可以促进更多FDI的流入。同时从行业层面出发,利用国际专利标准分类的各宏观行业专利授权量,研究不同行业知识产权保护水平与FDI的相关性。结果显示,FDI对那些技术含量高且容易被模仿的行业的知识产权保护水平比较敏感;而那些低技术产业的知识产权保护水平对FDI的影响则比较小。文章最后提出了选择合适知识产权保护的建议。
This paper studies the relationship between China＇s intellectual property rights protection and FDI by means of time-series data, and finds that strong intellectual property protection promotes more FDI inflows to some extent. Meanwhile from the industry level, using industrial patents applications granted classified by international standards, it analyzes the relationship between the levels of intellectual property rights protection and FDI in different industries. The results show that FDI are more sensitive to intellectual property rights protection of those high-techs and easily copied industries, while the level of intellectual property rights protection of those low-tech industries has less effect on FDI inflow. It finally provides some policy advice.
