摘要
在经济全球化和知识经济的今天,一个有效的知识产权保护制度成为促进新知识产生和经济增长的重要的制度安排。知识产权保护与对外直接投资的关系,是跨国公司十分关注的问题。许多国家认识到,加强知识产权保护是吸引外国资本投资,尤其是吸引国际大跨国公司投资的重要保证。加强中国的知识产权保护,有利于创造吸引外资的良好投资环境。
In the era of the globalization of economy and knowledge - driven economy, efficient intellectual property rights protection is a fundamental institutional arrangement that will promote the emergence of the new knowledge and the development of the economy. So the transnational corporations （TNCs） regard intellectual property rights protection as the important consideration during their foreign investment. As host countries, many countries have realized that, the level of intellectual property rights protection will influence the inflow of the foreign capital, especially from （TNCs）. This thesis emphasizes on the significance of China＇s intellectual property rights protection on the quantity, the quality of the utilization of foreign direct investment.
