摘要
目的评价"倡导行动四步走"在医学院校的控烟效果,探索行之有效的控烟模式。方法采用方便抽样方法对广东某医药院校公共卫生学院学生394名进行"倡导行动四步走"干预活动(倡议-建立联盟-宣传、动员-行动),对干预前后主动吸烟和被动吸烟危害知晓率的变化进行分析。结果干预措施实施后,主动吸烟和被动吸烟对危害健康相关知识知晓率大大提高,对烟草烟雾的主要成分及其引起的主要疾病的认识也大幅度提高。在假设现在不吸烟和吸烟的情况下,有12.2%的医学生选择将来会吸烟或者也许会吸,15.2%的医学生选择不会戒烟或者也许会戒烟。结论"倡导行动四步走"方法是一项行之有效的控烟对策,可以提高医学生对吸烟危害的认知水平和控烟意识。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of "Four Steps to Advocacy Action" to improve the medical students' smoking knowledge and quit smoking behavior and explore the positive pattern of smoking control.Methods The 394 undergraduates in a public health school were questionaired by accidental sampling in the baseline and endline survey.The change of the knowledge of positive smoking and passive smoking's harm were analyzed by the method of statistics description and Chi-square test.Results After intervention,the rate of knowing the positive smoking and passive smoking's harm rised.The rate of the knowledge of tobacco smoke and the relational diseases increased respectively.The analysis manifested that 12.2% of medical students chose "yes" or "maybe" about the attitude of smoking,15.2% chose "not" or "maybe" about the attitude of quit smoking.Conclution "Four Steps to Advocacy Action" is a positive method to control smoking,which can improve medical students' smoking control consciousness and preventing themselves from passive smoking's harm.
