多层螺旋CT的MPR影像处理技术的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重建影像处理技术在提高CT诊断符合率中的临床应用价值。方法随机抽出655例病例,受检部位均采用螺旋扫描,其中颅脑外伤150例;颈部165例;胸部165例;腹部175例。在轴位图像上诊断,通过MPR处理后,再用MPR图像进行诊断。通过前后两次诊断结果综合统计分析。结果150例颅脑外伤发现2例骨折漏诊,骨折漏诊率为1.5%,个别病例并发现多发性骨折。颈部165例有35例发现肿大淋巴结,其中有3例数量诊断不正确,肿大淋巴结数量错误率为0.8%.胸部165例有1例病变部位出现诊断错误,病变错误定位率为0.6%。腹部175例出现2例漏诊,腹部漏诊率为1.1%。结论多层螺旋CT的多平面重建影像处理技术,由于其图像各向同性的优势,提高了CT诊断符合率,克服了漏诊及误诊现象,应该成为常规影像诊断技术,广泛推广使用。 Objective To evaluate the chinical application value of multislice spiral(MSCT) multiplaner reconstruc-tion(MPR) in improving the diagnostic ability. Methods 655 patients were examined by multislice spiral CT,including 150 cases of head trauma,165 cases of thorax,175 cases of abdomen. Compared its MPR image which confirmed by CT post processing with its axial image,then evaluated the diagnosis effect. Results 2 cases of fracture failed to diagnose in 150 cases of head trauma,the rate was 1. 5% ,some case with multy fracture. 35 cases in 165 neck cases found swollen lymph nodes,but the number of 3 cases failed to diagnose,the rate was 0. 8%. 1 case in 165 thorax cases failed to localization,the rate was 0. 6%. 2 cases in 175 abdomen cases failed to diagnose,the rate was 1. 1%. Conclusion MSCT MPR techniques with isotropy improved the rate of correct diagnosis,which should be used widly as a routine diagnostic imaging technology.
