摘要
本文针对目前高校加强大学生素质教育的形势，结合军队院校实际，就加强军校学员素质教育提出了科学教育和人文教育并重、加强个性化教育、加强非智力因素及创造力培养、素质教育贯穿于军校教育全过程。
This paper is intended to focus on the discussion of the significance of humanistic education of students in military academies. Humanistic education,along with academic training, is to last through a student's whole academic life.Essential factors concerning humanistic education are discussed in detail in this paper and useful suggestions on the cultivation of personal qualities are presented.
