摘要
介绍了食品冷链物流的基本概念.分析了国内外食品冷链物流的现状和目前我国冷链物流存在的主要问题。并针对我国现有的问题提出了提升我国冷链物流的有关对策和建议。
In this article, basic concept of cold - chain logistics was introduced. Its status at home and abroad and existing major problems in China were also analyzed. Aiming at these problems, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting Chinese cold - chain logistics were put forward.
