摘要
目的 研究个体化准分子激光角膜上皮瓣下磨镶术（laser epithelial keratomileusis，LASEK）后不同时间患者暗视／明视下对比敏感度（CSF）的变化，评估个体化LASEK术后患者视功能状态。方法对100例（200眼）接受个体化LASEK手术患者分别于术前、术后第1、6、12个月测量暗视／明视下CSF值。结果暗视下术后第1个月术眼各个空间频率下的CSF均低于术前，在3．0，12．0及18．0c／d空间频率下的CSF与术前相比较，
Objective To study the changes of contrast sensitivity in scotopic and photopic condition in different periods and to evaluate visual functional state after LASEK with custom ablation. Methods The study was taken in 200 eyes of 100 myopia patients received LASEK with custom ablation. CSF of the patients in scotopic and photopic condition were measured at preoperation,first,sixth and twelfth month after LASEK with custom ablation.
