摘要
我国高等教育已实现了由“精英化”向“大众化”高等教育的战略转变，随着“大众化”教育时代的来临，大学生就业难的问题成为了学生及家长乃至全社会普遍关注的“难点”、“热点”问题，而其中高职高专大学生就业状况令人堪忧。为了保证高职高专教育健康、有序、快速地发展，亟需解决高职高专大学毕业生就业问题。
Strategic transfer from its ＂essence of excellence＂ to its ＂popularization＂ has accomplished in higher education in China. With the coming educational times of ＂popularization＂, the employment difficulties to the college graduates has become ＂a difficulty＂ and ＂a hot issue＂ among all the students, their families and the whole society. Among them, the employment situation for higher vocational graduates and higher specialty graduates is becoming even worse. In order to guarantee a healthy, orderly and rapid development in the HVE ＆ HSE, it is urgent to find solutions to the employment of higher vocational graduates and higher specialty graduates.
