副猪嗜血杆菌培养特性及致病性研究 被引量:3

摘要 将副猪嗜血杆菌5型分离菌株HE5分别接种于LB、TSA等固体培养基上,接种12 h后通过观察菌落大小,筛选出最适副猪嗜血杆菌生长的TSA固体培养基。同时,将HE5接种于LB、TSB等液体培养基上,通过平板活菌计数,筛选出最佳液体培养基TSB。小鼠感染试验结果表明,培养12-16 h的活菌数最多,对小鼠的致死性最大,为副猪嗜血杆菌感染小动物提供依据。 The Haemophilus parasuis type 5(HE5) is inoculated on some solid media such as LB,TSA,respectively.After 12 hours,the best solid media TSA is screened by observing the colony size.At the same time,HE5 is also inoculated into some liquid media as LB,TSA,and the optimal media TSB is screened in this experiment.The results of the mice infectious experiment show that the optimal time stage is 12 to 16 hours,which provide the basis for experiments in small infective animals.
