摘要
"大学生科技承包农户"活动是河南科技学院创新的社会实践途径,萌芽于二十世纪八十年代初的百泉农专时期,发展于九十年代,成熟于本世纪初,已历近三十年。该活动弥补了暑期集中性社会实践活动的不足,是教育实践环节的必要补充,体现了高校办学特色的重要载体。新形势下,必须与时俱进,进一步开展好"大学生科技承包农户活动"。
The activity ＂college students＇ scientifically and technologically contracted responsibility for rural households＂ adopted by Henan Institute of Science and Technology is an innovative social practice for its students, which has had a history of approximately 30 years, budding in the early-1980s＇ in the Baiquan Agricultural School period, growing in the 90s, and matured at the beginning of the century. This activity has made up for the insufficiency of the summer holiday＇s concentric social practice, is an essential supplement for the educational practice, and an important carrier manifesting the colleges’ running characteristics.Under the new situation, we must keep pace with the times, further develop ＂college students＇ scientifically and technologically contracted responsibility for rural households.＂
