摘要
基于钻削加工中单元切屑的受力模型,对单元切屑在排出过程中的受力状况进行了分析,并建立了相应的排屑力方程;借助MATLAB软件对轴向振动钻削的排屑效果进行了数值仿真,进行了相应的试验研究.结果表明:轴向振动频率和振幅是影响排屑力大小的主要因素,随着振动频率和振幅的增大,其排屑力也随之增大.因此,与普通钻削相比,轴向振动钻削具有更好的排屑效果和加工质量.
Based on the force model of the unit chip in drilling, the force analysis of the unit chip was done and the chip-ejection force equation was built. And then, the chip-ejection performance of axial vibration drilling was studied theoretically and experimentally. The result shows that, contrast with common drilling, axial vibration drilling has a better chip-ejection performance, and its chip-ejection capacity rises with the increase of vibration frequency and amplitude evidently.
