摘要 在压电致动器的特点、性能简要分析的基础上,提出把压电致动器用做振动钻削振源的可行性,并进一步阐述了压电式振动钻削工作台的激振方式、结构形式,以及驱动与控制。对压电振动台的空载输出特性和钻削加工中的振动特性进行了测试和分析。测试结果表明,基于压电致动器的振动钻削工作台具有输出线性度好、波形基本不失真、振动参数畸变小、抗干扰能力强等特点,完全能够满足小孔和微孔振动钻削的需要。 Accroding to performance, of piezoelectric actuator, it was presented that the feasibility of using piezoelectric actuator as vibrating source of vibration drilling. And then, expounded exciting manner, structural style, drive and control of piezoelectric vibrating drilling table. Finlly, the actual output and operating characteristic of piezoelectric vibration table are tested and analyzed. The reslut shows that, piezoelectric vibration drilling table has some characteristics, such as good output linearity, little distorted waveform and high anti-interference ability etc., and it can meet the need of vibraiton drilling of small hole
