摘要
为了研究聚合物在应用过程中机械剪切作用对其粘度的影响,设计了多孔介质高速剪切装置和摩擦机械剪切装置,探讨了多孔介质高速剪切、水平方向摩擦剪切和旋转机械剪切对聚合物溶液粘度的影响。研究结果表明,这三种机械剪切均使溶液粘度下降。经多孔介质剪切后,800万分子量和2 500万分子量HPAM溶液粘度损失率最高分别可达53.0%和69.9%,经摩擦剪切后,800万和2 500万聚合物粘度损失率达5.5%和10.8%,经旋转机械剪切后,800万和2 500万聚合物粘度损失率可达53.7%和79.1%。
Aiming at the viscosity losing of polymer solution in the process of using,a porous medias shearing device and friction shearing device were designed for an investigation of the effect.The porous medias shearing,friction shearing and rotating machinery shearing impact on the rate of viscosity losing were explored.The results indicates that the viscosity of polymer solution have been decline after these three shearing.The viscosity lose rate of 800 million and 2 500 million molecular polymer through the porous media shearing were 53.0% and 69.9%.The viscosity lose rate of 800 million and 2 500 million molecular polymer through the friction shearing were 5.5% and 10.8%.The viscosity lose rate of 800 million and 2 500 million molecular polymer through the rotating machinery shearing were 53.7% and 79.1%.
