摘要
[目的]探讨乳腺癌化疗病人的自卑状况及其影响因素。[方法]通过自尊量表(SES)和自行设计的一般情况调查表对30例乳腺癌住院化疗病人进行调查。[结果]调查中病人SES评分为27.23分±3.82分,有24例病人得分≤30分。年龄与乳腺癌化疗病人自卑状况无关(P>0.05);文化程度、家庭人均月收入与病人自卑状况有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]乳腺癌化疗病人自卑发生率高,医务工作者应关爱乳腺癌化疗病人,加强心理护理,增强病人的自尊心,提高其生活质量。
Objective：To probe into the status quo of inferiority and its influencing factors of breast cancer patients accepting chemotherapy.Method：A total of 30 hospitalized breast cancer patients accepting chemotherapy were investigated by adopting self-esteem scale （SES） and self-designed general condition survey scale.Results：In the investigation,the SES of patients was 27.23±3.82.Scores of 24 patients were≤30 scores.The age of breast cancer patients accepting chemotherapy had no relation with the status quo of inferiority of them （P0.05）.Both education level and family monthly average per person income were correlated with the status quo of inferiority of breast cancer patients.There was statistical significant difference between them （P0.05）.Conclusion：Breast cancer patients accepting chemotherapy have high incidence of inferiority.Medical workers should give love and concern for breast cancer patients accepting chemotherapy,strengthen psychological nursing for them,strengthen self-respect of patients,and enhance quality of life for them.
