摘要
目的建立自制板蓝根免煎颗粒中靛玉红含量测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱法,流动相:甲醇∶氯仿(85∶15)(加0.1%三乙氨,醋酸调至中性),流速:1ml/min,检测波长:290nm,柱温:25℃。结果方法学考察合格,准确测定出自制板蓝根免煎颗粒中靛玉红含量。结论本法快速准确,可行性高。
Objective To establish a determination of indirubin content in self-made free-flying banlangen granules. Methods By HPLC, mobile phase： methanol： chloroform （85 ： 15） （plus 0.1% triammonia, acetic acid to neutral）, flow rate： 1 ml / rain, detection wave- length： 290 nm, column temperature： 25℃. Results Qualified methodology accurately determined indirubin content in self-made free-frying banlangen granules. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and highly feasible.
