摘要
目的:建立大青叶药材中靛玉红的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法、C_(18)柱,以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,检测波长为289nm。结果:靛玉红在0.01006~0.4024μg范围内线性关系良好,r=1.0000,平均回收率为99.47%,RSD为2.59%。结论:该方法准确、可靠,精密度高,适于大青叶药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a HPLC method of Indirubin in Folium Isatidis.Methods:Using a C_(18) column,with Methanol-Water(75:25)as mobile phase,and detected at 289 nm.Results:The calibration curve of Indirubin was linear from 0.01006μg to 0.4024μg with r=1.0000.The average recovery was 99.47%with RSD 2.59%.Conclusion:This method was proved to be accurate and acceptable,and can be selected to control the quality of Folium Isatidis.
