摘要
以甲醇—水—甲酸为流动相,用反相高效液相色谱法测定复方板蓝根冲剂中靛兰、靛玉红的含量,结果表明该法简便,快速,灵敏,重现性好.
A HPLC method has been developed for the determination of indigo and indirubin
in Compound Banlangen Granules under the following conditions:flow rate;1.0ml/min Dete-
ctor:163 various deteor at 289nm sensitivity:0.02AUFS AttenL:8,chart speed 0.25 cm/min.
The mobile phase was methanol-water-formic acid(80-20-1).The method has a good linearity
(r=0.9996,n=6).The average recovery of indigo is 98.7% with CV=1.2% n=6 and that of
indirubin is 99.64% with cv=0.9%(n=6).
This method is sensitive rapid,simple and showed good reproducibility.
