摘要
成人高等职业教育校企合作培养模式通过校企双方的深度密切合作,将企业内部的一线骨干员工培养为高素质、高技能人才,使之更好地为企业发展服务。成人高等职业教育校企合作培养模式应该树立职业教育质量观,建立以培养职业能力为核心的质量监控标准,形成多主体、全方位和全过程的教育质量监控体系。
The target of adult higher vocational education through cooperation between colleges and enterprises is to cultivate high technical ability talents. The multi-faceted concept of quality for vocational education should be set up, which takes the professional ability as the center.
