摘要 研究了运用单向环型布局对传统锯片生产车间设备布局进行改造的方法。以运输工具在生产系统中总的运输行程最小为目标,建立了单向环型设备布局的数学模型,利用基于父子竞争的多点交叉算子的改进型遗传算法,实现了车间设备的布局优化。通过实例计算,验证了单向环型布局在锯片生产车间设备布局改造中的可行性以及改进遗传算法在解决设备布局问题时的有效性。 How to use a unidirectional loop manufacturing system to reform the traditional machines layout in saw manufacturing workshop was studied. The mathematical model of the unidirectional loop manufacturing system was constructed, whieh took the mini- mizing of the total traveling distance of transportation tool in the manufacturing system as the goal. The goal of optimizing the maehines layout was achieved by using the multi-point cross genetic algorithm based on the competing between parents and children. Through an example, it was validated that the unidirectional loop manufacturing system could be used in the reformation of machines layout in saw manufacturing workshop, and the improved genetic algorithm could solve the problems of machine layout.
